Most senior data and AI teams pick two or three conferences a year, and the choice is usually made months ahead, when budgets are set. For 2027 the European calendar is mostly fixed already. The main events fall between February and May, with a second group in the autumn.
This page lists them in date order with the city, the venue and what each organiser says about entry. We organise one of the events below, BIAAS 2027 in Amsterdam, and describe it the same way as the others. Every date and price comes from the organiser’s own website, checked on 8 October 2026. Organisers do change details, so check again before you book.

Two days for senior data, analytics and AI leaders from end-user organisations, with keynotes, panels and facilitated 1-on-1 meetings. Venue to be announced. Early-bird prices run until 20 November 2026: €590 Core, €690 VIP and €990 for solution providers.3

How the formats differ
The events above fall into four broad formats. The format decides who you meet more than the topic list does.

Choosing between them
Start with the people you want to meet. If you are comparing products, an expo puts most vendors in two halls. If you want to hear how other companies solved a problem you share, a smaller summit with end-user speakers gives you more of those conversations per hour.
Then look at the calendar. Six of the nine events fall between February and May, so a team planning one spring trip has a real choice. Price differs by an order of magnitude, from free expo passes to analyst summits in the thousands of euros, and the days out of the office often cost more than the ticket.
Travel matters less than it looks. London, Amsterdam and Münster are a short flight or train ride apart for most of Western Europe, and Amsterdam has direct trains from London, Paris, Brussels and several German cities.
Where BIAAS fits
BIAAS 2027 is the fourth edition of the Business Intelligence and Analytics Summit, run by ConfX Global. It is built for senior people from organisations that use data and AI, and the two days centre on six themes: AI economics, data foundations and semantics, generative and agentic AI, analytics and decision intelligence, governance and regulation, and AI infrastructure and sovereignty.
