Bring your perspective to BIAAS 2027 and contribute to an audience shaping the next stage of enterprise data, analytics and AI. We are inviting practitioners from end-user companies with a strong point of view, an interesting case study or a lesson worth sharing to take part in the program, connect with peers and add substance to the conversations.

Before you apply
Who can apply
Speaking opportunities are reserved for senior professionals from end-user organisations working in data, analytics, AI and related functions. Solution and service providers, technology vendors and consultancies can take part through sponsorship but are not eligible for independent speaking slots.
What we are looking for
We welcome high-level technical and business-focused sessions with a clear idea, challenge or case study worth sharing. The session may cover a major organisational decision, a project, a new approach or a lesson that is thought-provoking and can provide actionable insights and engagement.
Content and tone
We urge speakers to keep sessions educational, candid and relevant to senior practitioners. Keep company and product introductions brief and focus on the subject, with examples or evidence where relevant. Commercial product pitches, sales messaging and promotional talks are not suitable for the program.
Format and selection
The program features keynotes, presentations and panel discussions. Sessions typically run for 30 minutes, including 5 to 10 minutes for audience Q&A. Every proposal is reviewed by our content team for relevance, substance, and fit with the program. Submission does not guarantee a speaking slot.

Eligibility: This form is only for speakers representing end-user companies. For solution providers/consultancies, speaking slots will be offered as part of sponsorships only (approved on a case-by-case basis).
